| Sullivan|Simon just received a great email from a recent client. He is a busy criminal defense attorney and needed our help on two cases. On one, we drafted a motion to withdraw his client’s waiver of a preliminary hearing. And on the other, we drafted a motion to suppress contraband found after a traffic stop. We just learned that the Court ordered that the waiver of the defendant’s preliminary hearing was not valid and withdrew it.
