| We helped our client, a busy criminal defense attorney, in two of their cases. On one, we drafted a motion to withdraw his client’s waiver of a preliminary hearing. On the other matter, we drafted a motion to suppress drugs discovered during a traffic stop. The court ordered that the waiver of the defendant’s preliminary hearing was not valid and withdrew it.
