Matthew F. Sullivan is a seasoned trial lawyer with experience litigating a multitude of criminal cases in private practice. Matt has handled matters at the trial and appellate levels in Pennsylvania state and federal courts. He also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Roxanne Covington of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas where he honed his skills writing judicial opinions as well as researching laws, court decisions, and other legal documents relevant to criminal cases before the Court. He applies this experience to his work as a legal ghostwriter, researcher, and editor for criminal defense and personal injury attorneys across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Matt is an active member of the American and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, as well as the Pennsylvania Association for Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Matt grew up in Delaware County and attended high school at St. Joseph’s Preparatory School in Philadelphia. He earned his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University. After college, he briefly lived in Southern California before getting his J.D. at Drexel University Kline School of Law and embarking on a legal career. Matt is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania state courts and the federal court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
