| Sullivan|Simon won on appeal in Pennsylvania’s Superior Court (again). Though the Court was tempted to find waiver because the trial lawyer did not preserve the issue, Sullivan|Simon was able to persuade the Court that the Commonwealth failed to prove that the defendant was a sexually violent predator.
