| We won (again) in Pennsylvania’s Superior Court. Though the Court was tempted to find waiver because the trial lawyer did not preserve the issue, Sullivan Legal persuaded the Court to rule that the Commonwealth failed to prove the defendant was a sexually violent predator. It was a big win for our client. |
