Commonwealth v. Hairston

Pennsylvania Supreme Court

April 29, 2021

In Commonwealth v. Hairston, a capital PCRA appeal, Hairston challenged the dismissal of his PCRA petition. Also, the Court denied Hairston’s handful of claims concerning trial counsel’s ineffectiveness.
