| A dear colleague, friend, and mentor to Sullivan|Simon was ill and could not handle a case on appeal in the New Jersey Appellate Division. With only a few weeks until the opening brief was due, we stepped in to handle the case. And we won! The New Jersey Appellate Division ruled that our client was improperly denied admission into recovery court. It’s a stellar win, and we’re thrilled to have helped out our friend and colleague.
