Sullivan|Simon ghostwrites a motion resulting in the dismissal of charges.

A criminal defense attorney hired Sullivan|Simon to ghostwrite a motion to quash charges, involving possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance. The attorney’s client was facing a maximum of more than 40 years in prison, and the sentencing guidelines recommended at least five years of imprisonment.

Not only did the judge grant the motion and dismiss all charges, but the prosecutor did not even oppose it. After reading our brief, the Commonwealth agreed that the charges should be dismissed.
