The Pennsylvania Supreme Court affirmed the defendant’s death sentence. The defendant unsuccessfully argued eight issues: 1.) Sufficiency of the evidence; 2.) Weight of the evidence; 3.) The Commonwealth’s alleged failure to disclose a testifying witness’s plea deal; 4.) Error in introducing evidence of the defendant’s prior possession of firearms; 5.) The trial court’s denial of the defendant’s motion to sever charges; 6.) Error in introducing co-conspirator statements; 7.) The trial court’s denial of proposed voir dire questions; and 8.) The trial court’s order that required the defendant to turn over a report created by his mitigation specialist before the penalty phase of the proceedings.
