Commonwealth v. DeJesus

Pennsylvania Superior Court

July 6, 2020

In 2018, after an extensive re-sentencing hearing, the trial court sentenced him to LWOP. The Superior Court affirmed the sentence, finding the trial court “meticulously considered” the factors established by Miller v. Alabama.
