The Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court reversed the Court of Common Pleas order that reversed a zoning board’s decision to permit a demolition plan for the buildings on the property owner’s land. The Commonwealth Court ordered the Court of Common Pleas to uphold the zoning board’s decision because the board’s decision was informed by its members’ expertise and properly weighed the record evidence. The Court of Common Pleas, however, had disregarded its deferential standard of review.
