The Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court revisited the Right-to-Know Law to determine whether technical information about a camera network maintained by the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office must be disclosed. The common pleas court held that the DA’s Office met its burden to show that the information was exempt from disclosure under the public safety exemption in Section 708(b) of the law. The Commonwealth Court agreed and held that the data was exempt from disclosure.
