In Woodward Twp. Mun. Corp. v. Dunnstable Twp. Mun. Corp., the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court addressed a boundary-line dispute between two municipalities. The Court held that the board of boundary commissioners’ assessment of the weight of the evidence and the credibility of witnesses could not be disturbed on appeal. Furthermore, the Court found no evidence that a township was using the proceedings to annex a portion of another township.
