The Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court affirmed an order of the Board of Veterinary Medicine’s order that essentially held that an animal chiropractor is practicing veterinary medicine under the Veterinary Medicine Practice Act. As such, any animal chiropractor must obtain a veterinarian license or practice under the direct supervision of a licensed veterinarian.
