The Pennsylvania Superior Court affirmed the defendant’s second-degree murder, conspiracy, and robbery convictions. The Court disposed of the defendant’s four claims: 1.) the trial court erred in denying his motion to quash; 2.) the trial court erred in denying his motion fo a directed verdict; 3.) the trial court erred in denying his post-sentence motion for judgment of acquittal because the weight of the evidence; and 4.) the trial court violated the defendant’s Sixth Amendment right to confrontation when the court refused to modify COVID-19 procedures consistent with surrounding jurisdictions.
