Matthew F. Sullivan is an an attorney with years of experience as a trial lawyer. Matt has handled matters at the trial and appellate levels in Pennsylvania state and federal courts. He also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Roxanne Covington of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas, where he gained valuable perspective from a court’s viewpoint. He applies this experience to his work as a legal ghostwriter, researcher, and editor for litigators nationwide. Matt is an active member of the American and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, as well as the Pennsylvania Association for Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Matt earned his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University. After college, he lived in Southern California, surfing on the beaches in San Diego, before getting his J.D. at Drexel University Kline School of Law. Matt is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania state courts, the Third Circuit, and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
